Robert C. Scremin is a former undercover narcotics detective and S.W.A.T. Team member. He is a graduate of the highly coveted National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia, and has been a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and a member of the NORML legal counsel.

Mr. Scremin began the practice of law in San Francisco, California, in the office of legendary criminal defense attorney Michael Stepanian, author of the best-seller Pot Shots. Mr. Scremin has represented individuals in state and federal court including motions to suppress unlawfully seized evidence.
